Just from observation sales are a more popular form of marketing merchandise in Europe than in the U.S. BOGO (Buy One, Get One) free sales seem to be more popular ways to promote the same them in the States, but it is rare to see BOGO sales on large ticket items like furniture. Double bed Christmas promotions are in full swing in Great Britain and Europe, but there are several deep discount Christmas sales on double beds in the U.S. One major French company is offering excellent Christmas buys on a wide variety of double beds.
One item that is rather an annoyance, is the Web listings regarding double bed Christmas sales on browsers. There are more listings for accessories, sheets, mattress covers, etc. than there were for actual beds. There is so much junk on the Web. It is time for Web police. Users should not have to sift through 20 listings for subjects other than what they typed in there browser just because the marketers for those products were more clever at marketing technology than the bed manufacturers.
One unique product that we found on the Web was a double bunk bed in Cape Town, South Africa. The bed frame is made out of steel, so it is very sturdy and safe. It comes with two mattresses included in the price. The price was nebulous, as this was from a private vendor. The bed also includes a plastic ladder and side rail.
One of the largest vendors featuring excellent deals on double beds, many of which were listed at half the cost of the original beds, was Bedroom Furniture Mart.com in the U.S. This listing also offers free shipping to U.S. destinations. Many of the models listed include designer models that would fit several decors.
One Web company has 25 bed products listed. www.trader-china.com has unique products from a variety of vendor companies. How a customer purchases products from this company is a big question mark, as you have to have a membership to learn their pricing, ordering and shipping methods.
Once again at this point we are going to clarify that double and full beds are virtually the same animal. So, if there is a double bed sale, it is also a full bed sale. They are synonymous terms.
One site provides information on furniture. It is Yahoo Shopping. And, currently Yahoo Shopping has double bed frame, finishes and other pertinent details about double beds available on the Web.
